A focused weekly oil painting class exploring the methods of the Old Masters through demonstration, guided practice, and individual instruction.

The Monday Atelier

Classical technique for contemporary painters.

Students learn a deliberate, layered approach to oil painting inspired by historic studio practice. All levels are welcome.

Each three-hour session includes instruction, demonstration, painting time, and one-on-one feedback.

Your Instructor

Kati is a figurative artist whose work draws from the velvety surfaces, smooth glazes, and dramatic light of Baroque painting.

She earned her BA from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2008 and has exhibited nationally, including in New York, San Francisco, and Austin.
